MARC, CommuterDirect.com, and LAZ Parking offer a free parking program for MARC passengers who purchase a monthly MARC ticket from CommuterDirect or The Commuter Store. Only those who purchase a monthly MARC ticket with BWI MARC Station being the origin or destination will be eligible for free parking. CommuterDirect customers must purchase their ticket no later than the 2nd business day of each month by 9:30 am in order to receive free parking at the BWI Marc Station. Customers who purchase their MARC ticket later will be required to pay the daily parking rate at the BWI MARC garage.
Customers who stop purchasing monthly MARC tickets for one or more months, then resume, will be required to reapply for free parking with LAZ Parking. However, no new deposit will be required.
CommuterDirect.com customers that are entitled to free parking will need to email the Monthly Parking Application to Adiam two days prior to their anticipated initial parking date to allow for processing. For customers needing an access card, you may pick up your access card after 3pm on the second business day of the month of which you're parking starts. Your pass will be located in "Garage One" parking booth with the attendant, along with a complete list of terms for the BWI MARC Garage. A check or money order for your card activation must be paid at the time of pick up in the amount of $20.00 (non-refundable). MARC customers are only entitled to free parking for the months that they purchase a monthly train ticket through CommuterDirect.com.
Only customers who purchase tickets online at CommuterDirect.com, or from a Commuter Store, are eligible for free parking at BWI. Customers who purchase tickets at Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) are not eligible.
